FACILITATOR: Dr. Roberta Neault

Career success is a shared responsibility between individuals and the organizations in which they work. The "sweet spot" refers to optimal engagement, where challenge aligns with individual and contextual capacity. However, challenge and capacity often shift and when they become unmanageable, chronic misalignment leads to disengagement; once one is shut down, it’s very difficult to re-engage.

In this webinar, learn to maximize engagement, adjust resources and use the career engagement model to achieve your own career success and optimize morale within your organization.

Key Takeaways:

  • Apply the career engagement model to individual and systemic challenges
  • Recognize individual and contextual influences on capacity
  • Acquire practical tools and strategies to maximize career success and to create environments where others can thrive
