If you could take a pill that would decrease your stress and anxiety while improving your focus and performance - with no side effects - would you take it? Mindfulness produces the same results and is something you naturally possess the ability to learn. While mindfulness has roots in ancient wisdom traditions, today this form of mental exercise is an evidence-based training used in government, healthcare, education, business, sports and even military settings. Learn what mindfulness is, the science behind it, and the practical application in your daily professional and personal life. The presentation will be a blend of engaging content, interactive discussion and experiential exercises.

Key Takeaways:

  • The science of mindfulness: what it is, how it works & why you need it
  • How to reverse the stress response & build resilience
  • Optimizing your bandwidth with mindfulness
  • Application of mindfulness-in-action

 Cost: $25 per person
