About the Facilitator:
Dr. Geoff Soloway has been working in the area of wellness, human development and mindfulness for over 15 years. Geoff is currently co-founder and Chief Training Director of MindWell U, offering evidence based blended mindfulness training in the workplace that is available in English and French. Geoff completed a PhD in the area of Mindfulness at the University of Toronto, as well as a Master's of Education in Holistic Education. Geoff has worked as an Instructor at University of Toronto, University of British Columbia (UBC) and University of the Fraser Valley, and as a consultant offering mindfulness-based workshops and programs for working professionals. Geoff also completed a certification in Organizational Coaching via UBC Continuing Studies.
