For many, understanding transgender inclusive practices in the workplace is new territory. Terms and concepts related to gender diversity may feel overwhelming or confusing. About the Facilitator
Kai Scott (pronouns: he/him) is a trans man and a senior social scientist educated in the field of International Development with over 10 years’ experience undertaking complex multi-stakeholder processes. He uses a blend of systems thinking and reflective approaches to solve problems related to gender diversity, yielding innovative and practical solutions.
